Well I guess this is what happens when one employs the "learn by breaking" method. When I change menu items through CMS or even by phpMyAdmin, the change immediately takes effect but it usually takes about 24 hours to show up on my website. IE. Changing "Contact" to "Contact us".

I am guessing this may have been caused by all the upgrades I have done in Banshee or a corrupted database but I don't know where to look to see what the problem is. Has anyone else ever run into this problem; if so, please elaborate what the cause is if you can. Thanks

I figured out what I did a while ago to cause this. In ../libraries/menu.php I change the sub menu depth from "1" to "3" in a few places to see if I could get output for submenus. I switched it back to the original file state and the menu bar updates immediately again.

I know bootstrap does not support submenus so I would have had to use a third party plugin.
